Beemster XO is a delicious crumbly cheese, which has matured naturally for about 3 years. Boer’n Trots

Boer’n Trots X.O. is a special crumbly cheese that was created entirely by accident. The Kaamps family discovered entirely by chance that the cheese was even more intense and tastier after at least 80 weeks of maturing. Beautiful protein crystals are also created after the long ripening process, which provide a delicious crunch. Boer’n Trots X.O. was therefore rightly awarded silver at the 2017 World Cheese Awards.
