North Holland Gouda Extra Matured is an intensely spicy, authentic North Holland Gouda cheese. The cheese is intense and full of flavor with a distinctly rich and complex character. Delicious with drinks.

Extra Matured is real Gouda cheese from North Holland. This delicious Gouda cheese has been made by experienced cheese masters in Lutjewinkel since the sixteenth century. The cheese is made according to a secret North Holland recipe and naturally aged on wooden boards. The creamy, full flavor is due to the use of 100% pure meadow milk.

Ingredients:
Fat 48+, pasteurized cow’s milk, natural salt, lactic acid, rennet

Your piece of North Holland Gouda Extra Matured cheese is freshly cut to size and vacuum packed.
The hard structure of the cheese makes it perfectly suitable for sending by post.
