The Chorizo - Truffel cheese is a delicious combination of three countries, that is produced and ripened in a traditional, natural way. This cheese has a creamy base that is made of milk from Dutch cows, with added Spanish chorizo spices and a hint of Italian summer truffle. For the production of the Spanish chorizo spices only specially grown red peppers are used, that are smoked and dried in a traditional way. This results in its unique Mediterranean flavor.

Do you like cheese with a spicy taste? Then this Karizo Cow is the one for you! This cheese with a fat percentage of 50% is ripened naturally between 4 and 10 weeks. This gives it its soft and creamy taste. The Mediterranean spices however, give it a complete different taste experience. It tastes somewhat spicy, without being too overwhelming.

The Karizo Cow is a very versatile type of cheese with a distinct taste. You can eat it at any time of the day, but it’s mainly used as an appetizer cheese. Serve it on a cheese platter together with other types of cheeses, dips and a good glass of wine, or put it on toast combined with some grilled vegetables. Of course it also tastes great on bread, if you like a somewhat spicy cheese at breakfast or lunch.
